Although Sandra Heims is a licensed mental health counselor,

services provided through Elevate Coaching & Leadership Training

are offered solely in the role of a coach, not as a therapist, counselor,

or mental health provider. Coaching services are not psychotherapy

or counseling and do not include diagnosis, treatment of mental

health disorders, crisis intervention, or clinical assessment.

Coaching is forward-focused and designed to support personal

growth, values clarification, relationship development, leadership

skills, goal setting, and accountability. If at any time it becomes

clear that therapy or mental health treatment is more appropriate,

this will be discussed and appropriate referrals may be provided.
